Robert Coly
Senior Vice President, Senior Credit Officer
Rob is a Senior Credit Officer for M&T’s Middle Market/C&I groups in the Philadelphia and Boston metro areas, as well as its Franchise Finance specialty group. Previously, he’s served as Relationship Manager for the Bank’s Dealer Commercial Services and Healthcare & Not-for-Profit groups. Prior to banking, Rob worked as an environmental attorney and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2011. He earned his JD from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School and his MBA and BA from the University of Notre Dame. A transplant to the Boston area, Rob grew up in Upstate New York and enjoys any time spent in the mountains of New York, New Hampshire, Vermont, or his wife’s native North Carolina. He and his wife Anna live in Boston with their daughter, Dottie, and dog (Doug) and two cats (Moose and Marvin).

Dan Findley
Special Agent, Andover Companies
Dan Findley is a native of Duxbury, MA. Dan attended the Roxbury Latin School, and graduated from Bowdoin College in 2013, where he majored in Government and Legal Studies. He currently works at the Andover Companies, one of New England’s most reputable mutual insurance carriers in their new business and marketing department. Dan works with independent brokers across MA to help best utilize Andover product offerings and grow profitable books of business across multiple lines of insurance coverages.

Berlinda Mojica
Associate, Isaacson Miller
Berlinda is a Chelsea native and supports our work from Houston, Texas. She joined our Associate Leadership Board in 2019 upon completing her master’s degree at Harvard Graduate School of Education. Berlinda’s drive for justice stems from her experience as a Chelsea Public Schools student, fourth-grade teacher in Houston’s East End, and community organizer. Chelsea is home for Berlinda, and expanding opportunities for students remains a core part of her day-to-day. In her current role as Senior Associate at Isaacson, Miller, Berlinda works to identify transformational and effective leaders for mission-driven organizations that are important contributors to our country's civic and social fabric.

Dan Ollquist
Senior Vice President, Exchange Place Advisors
Dan is a Senior Vice President with Exchange Place Advisors, an independent registered investment advisor based in Sudbury, MA. In his role at Exchange Place Advisors, Dan works with individuals to help build investment portfolios while also advising in areas of financial planning. Prior to joining Exchange Place Advisors, Dan worked for CreditSights, managing client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities with institutional fixed income investors.

Natalie Groot
Senior Associate at Mintz Levin P.C.
As an attorney in Mintz's Employment, Labor and Benefits practice group, Natalie counsels clients and litigates employment disputes on a wide variety of employment and labor matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Natalie is also a member of Mintz's Pro Bono Committee (a cross-sectional group of attorneys who select pro bono projects and provide support for long-term initiatives) and the Women’s Associate Subcommittee of Mintz's Women’s Initiative (an affinity group dedicated to supporting the lives and careers of female attorneys). In addition to her role on the Associate Leadership Board at Phoenix, Natalie is a member of the Boston Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Steering Committee (a group of Massachusetts lawyers who meet to expand their expertise in the areas of labor and employment, labor-management relations, and employment discrimination) and Boston's Future Leaders Program (a joint program between the Boston Chamber of Commerce and Harvard Business School focused on providing emerging and promising leaders with a socially conscious and civically engaged leadership toolkit blending academic content, practical application, and networking). In addition, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court recognized Natalie on its “Honor Roll” or “High Honor Roll” for the provision of pro bono legal services since the program's inception in 2019. Natalie has received numerous professional honors for her work as a lawyer and as a member of Boston’s legal community. Natalie’s additional legal experience includes internships with the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in Boston. As an extension of her legal work, Natalie has worked with youth impacted by the criminal justice system. She taught "Street Law" to high school students in Los Angeles and Washington D.C. and worked as a research assistant for the Center for Research on Adolescents, Women, and the Law in Washington, DC. She is honored to be a part of the Phoenix team, and hopes to contribute to its very important mission.

Alycia Johnson
Managing Associate, Isaacson, Miller
Alycia Johnson brings over a decade of higher education administration experience, with much of her experience in admissions and enrollment management.
Prior to joining Isaacson, Miller she served as the Director of Admissions and Recruitment at American University and the Executive Director for Admissions at Trinity Washington University and is currently completing her doctoral degree at The George Washington University in Higher Education Administration.
She has worked on a broad array of searches with a particular focus on equity, diversity, and inclusion / Chief Diversity Officers and enrollment management searches. Her passion for access and equity in higher education has led to her founding of The College Inclusion Ladder, LLC, an organization that assists high school and college students with the college admissions process, with a specific focus on assisting underrepresented groups.
Additionally, she serves as a mentor for first-generation college students through the Society for Collegiate Leadership and Achievement helping them navigate college, the graduate admissions process, and their careers. Alycia is on the Associate Leadership Board for Phoenix Charter Academy and is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
