Phoenix Charter Academy Chelsea

Yes! I want to participate in the Phoenix Academy Public Charter High School, Chelsea (Phoenix Chelsea) enrollment lottery for the 2024-2025 school year (Please indicate which school year you are requesting). If selected in the lottery, I will enroll in Phoenix Chelsea, a tuition-free public high school. I understand names are drawn at random to fill any open seats up to 225. Lotteries are public and are completed several times during the year. I understand that my personal information included in this document will be available to Phoenix during the lottery time. Names not chosen to fill the open seats at Phoenix Chelsea will be placed in order on a waiting list. If the applicant is not admitted, this application will be destroyed a year after it was submitted. Additionally, the applicant has the right to written notice of approximate date of destruction and request a copy of the document.
