| Parents and Adult Supporters |
We recognize the need for healthy adults outside of the Academy to be involved in the lives of our students in a meaningful and regular fashion. All students will have an Adult Supporter. As often as possible, an Adult Supporter will be a parent or other immediate relative of that student. When this is not possible, PCA staff will find an Adult Supporter for the student.
Adult Supporters will meet a minimum of once each quarter with the student and their Academy advisor to review challenges, academic progress and progress towards the student's individual goals. Adult Supporters promote student academic success and are active members of the PCA community. |
